Starting off in the center of Little Elm right off of 380 is the new master-planned community: Spiritas Ranch. The community will be 545 acres and have resort-style amenities including a pool, kids pool, volleyball courts, playground, and walking trails. Some of the builders you’ll find here are Pulte Homes, Beazer homes, DR Horton, and First Texas Homes. Homes are priced between $300,000 and $600,000 and phase one is currently selling. 

Moving east along 380 but still in Little Elm, a brand new Parkwood Collision Center is under construction. It will be located on six acres along the highway and will open in March of 2025. The project includes a large two-story building for the collision center and a nearby retail center.

As we keep moving east along 380, we reach the brand new Dutch Bros that has just opened up in North Frisco. This area has a few other developments underway that we will be sure to keep you updated with as more information becomes available. 

Another Dutch Bros location is set to open in September 2024 in Prosper across from the Willow Ridge area. This will be a little ways off of 380 but has already generated plenty of buzz from Prosper locals. 

Across the street, Westfork Crossing is still being expanded in Prosper. This current phase of the project will add 157,000 square feet of new retail space on 15.86 acres, bringing more shops and restaurants to the area.

Continuing West, A new salon, 209 Salon, is opening at the intersection of Custer Road and 380 in Prosper in early June. 

Later in 2024, the Luminest Apartments will open in Prosper. These apartments will offer a saltwater pool, a high-end fitness center, a poolside grill, and a social club lounge. Residents will also have a cyber cafe, a conference room, an EV charging station, and a bike repair station

Across the street, there will be a new Whole Foods store, set to open by early 2025. Construction will start in June, and the store is expected to be ready by January. Whole Foods will be part of the West Grove development at U.S. 380 and Custer Road, which will also include other shops, offices, restaurants, and homes. Whole Foods will anchor the development with their 45,000 square foot property. We don’t have much information on other tenants but a Chick-fil-a is also confirmed to be located in the parking lot across from the Whole Foods. 

Urban Garages is also under construction off of 380 in McKinney. The development will consist of 8 buildings and parking and will offer flexible office spaces for tenants. These workspaces are now available for pre-sale.
