EVERYTHING You Need to Know About Preston Hollow | Living in Preston Hollow | Dallas Texas Suburb

Are you thinking about moving to Preston Hollow Texas, but you’re not sure what to do around Preston Hollow? Let’s take you on a full Google Map tour and show you everything you need to know about living here! Preston Hollow is one of the most affluent suburbs in the Dallas area, and it’s known for its amazing gated estates.

Today, I’ll hop on Google Maps and show you what to do around Preston Hollow, where to find the good eats, and where to find the best living areas in town. Spoiler alert – Preston Hollow is AMAZING, and pretty much anywhere you choose to live here (should you have the budget) is definitely going to be nice!

First off, I better start with the average home prices here in Preston Hollow Texas. It’s definitely going to be a little higher than the average in the Dallas Texas real estate market… between $1,000,000 and $1,200,000. So bring that pocketbook! That being said, if you can afford to live here, you’ll be sharing space with some other well-known people, like Mark Cuban and George W. Bush.

There’s an area called “Billionaire’s Row” that is well known for some of the top estates in the city and home to some of the biggest names in the country. I definitely do not recommend trying to peek over any of those fencelines! There are also a TON of great eating and shopping opportunities in University Park, so if you’re looking for fine dining and upscale shopping, you’ll find it here and just down the road in Highland Park. They’re all pretty close to each other and have all the upscale living amenities you can imagine.
