That being said, there is a ton of opportunity for growth in Celina Texas, so this Dallas Texas suburb is slated for more in the future. Otherwise, you may be stuck on a 200-300 person waiting list. One of the biggest pros of Celina Texas is that it is quaint and small-town. Since there is so much new construction being built (again – all of which is currently claimed or requires a waitlist without a realtor), there is quite a bit of construction going on in town, which can cause some noise and disruption. With that being said, all of that new construction means growth and more opportunities to live in Celina Texas, so that could actually be a pro!

Celina Texas also has a small-town fell, and residents really want to keep that feeling here in Celina Texas. Although it’s growing, it’s maintained a quaint small-town culture that residents absolutely love, so if you’re looking for a beautiful town, amazing homes, and a small-town feel, Celina may be a perfect spot for you.
