About the Parks at Wilson Creek

We’re back in Celina, Texas to show you The Parks at Wilson Creek, a brand new master-planned community that has some of the best amenities in the city and some of the best homes you can find.

If you didn’t already know, North Dallas likes to do things big. And Celina? About Celina, Texas

Celina is a smaller town around 40 miles north of Dallas but if you’ve seen our other videos on the city, then you know that it is growing rapidly. Actually, it’s one of the fastest growing cities in North Texas. While it only has a population of around 44,000, that number has tripled since 2010, and by 2026, there could be nearly 100,000 people living here.

For those that want to get out of the house, you can head to downtown Celina for food and shopping or take a quick drive to one of the two lakes in the area: Lewisville Lake and Lake Ray Roberts.

Schools at The Parks At Wilson Creek

There is a common trend showing up in Celina. Schools are popping up left and right to accommodate the surge in population, and many of these schools are located in these master-planned communities. 

The Parks at Wilson Creek is a part of that trend. An elementary school is currently under construction and is expected to open in the fall of 2025. Older kids can attend Moore Middle School and Celina High School, both under the highly rated Celina ISD.

Amenities at the Parks at Wilson Creek

If the homes didn’t already do it for you, just wait until you hear about the amenities. The Parks at Wilson Creek take “parks” to a whole new level. 

Dotted around the 720 acres, you’ll find 12 lakes, pocket parks, an amenity center, and a 100-acre city park, but they didn;t even stop there. 

There are sand volleyball courts, pickleball courts, resort style pools, and they are also building a second amenity center with it’s own pools, fitness center, and sports courts.
