Cedar Hill is a beautiful, historic city located just outside of Dallas. Cedar Hill offers plenty of things to do for residents and visitors alike. Cedar Hill State Park is a great place to hike, bike, or camp, and the Cedar Hill Zoo is perfect for a day trip with the family. Cedar Hill also has a variety of shopping and dining options, as well as numerous historic sites to explore. Whether you’re looking for an outdoor adventure or a day of relaxation, Cedar Hill has something for everyone.

There are some great things to do around the lake especially. Cedar Hill has a lot to offer when it comes to fishing, boating, and swimming. The city also offers a variety of parks perfect for picnics, playgrounds, and hiking. Cedar Hill is also home to a number of golf courses, so if you’re looking for a challenging game, you’ll definitely find it here. If you’re interested in history, Cedar Hill is home to numerous historic sites, including the Cedar Hill Museum and the Cedar Hill Heritage Village.

They have some very extensive hiking trails all around Cedar Hill Park , Estes Park , Lynn Creek Park , Joe Pool Lake where they’ve got a designated swimming area and Cedar Ridge Preserve. You can go camping. They’ve got pads, concrete pads, they’ve got regular spots, picnic tables, everything. Definitely a great place to go for the weekend if you want to just get out. It will feel like you’re out there in the country because it’s heavily forested throughout.

There are some pretty great shopping spots in Cedar Hill. There’s a Hobby Lobby, Home Depot, Chick-fil-A, JC Pinton, JC Penney.. yes, they’re still in business down in Cedar Hill area! That might be the last JC Penney open. There’s also the cinema, the market, Burlington Coat Factory and Kohl’s. You will also be spoiled for choices when it comes to restaurants and southern comfort food.

There’s also the Cedar Hill Museum of History right there where you can explore more about Cedar Hill. If you’ve got children, you will also be happy to know that there Cedar Hill High School which is a fairly competitive school that your children can attend.

Overall, companies, corporations, people, they’re moving here to the Dallas area. It is an extremely business friendly, tax friendly, freedom friendly environment, and it’s really great. There’s definitely more room to grow so we are still experiencing a lot of clients coming in, a lot of them transferring with jobs.
