Carrollton is a really cool town. It has some great restaurants and shops in the downtown area, and despite having kind of a small-town feel, it’s actually 37 square miles! It covers a lot of ground, and it offers a ton. We consider it a bit of a hidden gem if you will!

In this video, I’ll show you three houses. The first house is $499,000, the second is $549,000, and the last one is $725,000.

$499,000 is a good starting point in Carrollton. You’ll find that all of the homes tend to be pretty updated or new, and with all of the amenities in town and in surrounding cities, it’s easy to see why Carrollton would be a desirable place to live!

The first home we look at is in a quiet neighborhood with great yard spaces! It’s also near a bunch of walking trails and outdoor activities, so it’s a great place to put down roots if you like to walk outside and enjoy some of those nice parks in the area.

The second home is actually in a new construction townhome community, and these townhomes are beautiful! This community is wonderful and is really lock-and-leave with the HOA and the security of this community, so if that’s what you’re looking for, there are lots of opportunities there.
